Went for lunch with my son and asked for plain boneless wings instead of the sauce covered. The manager told the employee I had... to buy new ones. when I asked to speak to him he was extremely rude and disrespectful he cut me off when I was speaking, pushedpassed me (I had to quickly step back so he didn?t push into me) then he snatched the chicken off of my 3 year old sons tray.Which scared him so much he wanted to leave without the food. I have always enjoyed a good Charleys Cheesesteak, but this establishment absolutely soiled the name for me. Third in line and... waited 25 minutes for my meal. The only thing worse than the wait for the meal was the meal itself. Undercooked fries, missingitems from both orders, added on sandwich extras I didn?t order, and it lacked all the same taste and flavor this company alwayshad. Just an utter disappointment. I didn?t think putting a Charleys in a Walmart would lower the quality to Walmart standards. Read more
The food may be ok but the service sucks. Employees are slow and lazy. Nothing is EVER ready when it is supposed to be. If it... says it is ready be prepared to wait another 15 minutes. Employees don't act like they care too much honestly in my fewexperiences there. Read more
