The Burger King @ 920 Federal Hwy here in Stuart, Fl. has my high rating for the reason being that the staff especially the... Manager Robert make me feel welcome. He can be tired but always has an amazing attitude. I love how he defends his staff when itcomes to "Karens". He is always very respectful and caring. The food in my opinion is actually made with care. This is the firstfast food restaurant in a long time that I see that the food is not just thrown together. I have witnessed where the staff makessure that customers get it their way.the atmosphere that Robert and his staff create a very positive atmosphere here. once again terrible experience at burger king. out of half of what i ordered but did not bother to take it off the menu for this... location on the app. then when i had ordered a large drink she gave me a medium. when i asked her about it she said oh we areout of the other large cups but there is 2 large sizes. i know how big a large is at burger king. i literally had an empty cupin my car to compare it too. lying about it and still charging me for the large is fraud. i wont even talk about the fact i hadto fight for a measly 3 katchup packets. avoid this location you will waste your time and your money Read more
I ordered onion rings and they didn't get them so I went back in and the manager on shift proceeded to give me the bottom of the... onion rings been and tell me that was all they have some of them could not even be chewed. My chicken sandwich tasted funny soafter the previous experience with the onion rings I didn't need it. Today I was in a hurry so I decided it would be nice to drive through Burger King. I got too the drive through window and placed... my order pulled up too the first window and paid. A couple minutes later someone opens the window quickly hands me a bag, andthen closes the window and walks away. Before leaving I look into the bag only too find the majority of my order is wrong andmissing. I walked inside with my order and receipt and first notice there is a line of about 4/5 people, one person ordered andEVERY SINGLE OTHER PERSON IN LINE ALSO HAD A WRONG ORDER. I politely informed the lady working the front desk and she becamedefensive with me for literally no reason. So as I wait too get my food I notice the front of house and kitchen is ABSOLUTELYDISGUSTING. food and grime all over the floors, dirty countertops. and the people that corrected my order weren?t wearinggloves!? I?ve worked in fast food as a teenager. I understand things can get hecktick and mistakes can happen but when themajority of the customers are there due too wrong orders THATS A PROBLEM. Horrible staff attitude and absolutely disgustingkitchen/dining area. This Burger King location: I?m able to give one star for the sole fact my drink was actually cold. If I were to take the... drivethru 14 days in a row this might equal up to how many times my cardboard(food) was microwaved. Comparable to the girl whoghosted you, You hit it off great at first site, almost perfect. She promises you a great time and a longrelationship. Immediately you notice red flags. But you continue anyways. Issues continue to mount fast, and you?re wondering ifthis is really worth your time. Things get stale and all those promises become a shell of what they were. Please don't eat here this has been the one Burger King that was always close to me in my area I don't normally eat Burger King... a lot but I do know the quality of how it was back then versus now it is completely trash. when I walked into the store therewas trash on the ground standing water lying near the soda machine and the tables still had crumbs on them and the floors weresticky. I don't necessarily blame the employees I blame the corporate of Burger King I think if they were to pay the employeesmore money they will care a lot more and take pride in their work and In their facility also please don't let the homelesspeople take over one guy came up to me twice asking for a lighter and food .
