I got a Peppermint Mocha Signature Latte. It was TERRIBLE?tasted like roach spray smells!!!
I stopped coming to this dunkin because the coffee tastes terrible every time. To the point where I can?t drink it because it... turns my stomach so bad. Another thing, when you order less than 6 donuts they just toss them in a bag and the icing gets stuckto it and comes off. Yesterday I got a dozen donuts and it was in the MORNING and they were hard as a rock. This is one of theworst Dunkin?s. Go to the one on Boardman Poland road. Read more
if i could i would really give them 0 stars everytime i go to this location they NEVER get my order right. if i ask for cream... and extra sugar why give me 5 pumps of cream and 3 sugar ? at this point i can just drink half and half straight and it wouldtaste the same. not to mention if u say u want a glazed chocolate donut or blueberry 9 times out of 10 they?re giving youregular glazed. get the orders right please ! ???? Terrible service. Wrong order multiple times. No competency from management! We have been to hundreds of dunkin locations around... the country and this is pretty much the worst one we've EVER been to. Read more
Asked for the New Drink (Salted Carmel Latte Iced) they said yupe we have it, only they didnt. They make the drink how ever they... want and it's not only this Dunkin's it's all the Dunkin's. Always messing up the orders and making it how ever they please atour expense. Read more

Thank you for being open on the holiday. I try to not shop on holidays but I had a huge migraine and needed the caffeine badly.... So I came to the best Dunkin around. The staff was amazingly friendly. Actually seemed happy to be there. And didn't make mefeel like a jerk for coming in on a holiday. I did a mobile order and the wait was less than 5 minutes. There were at least 10cars ahead of me. Thank goodness I was able to get my life juice. I appreciate you all working on the holiday. Read more
