Please be happy I?m not a violent person. I was at drive thru saying ?hello hello? and heard no reply. Then I pulled up to... window to order and was met with a snot faced dweeb with an attitude. Then drive to second window and was met with another snotface with no brains due to social media and bad parenting. Gave attitude as well and brain couldn?t function enough tounderstand that the drive thru microphone was not working. I go here once a week. It is hit or miss whether they get the order correct. Sometimes, yes. Sometimes, no. Best advice if you... are not dining-in, check your order completely before leaving the lot. Read more
It's this location and the one by the mall , both happen to be TERRIBLE. and don't order through doordash it's even WORSE. it's... like no matter what time of day you go , they simply can't get anything right. And at this point THROW BOTH LOCATIONS AND ALLTHE EMPLOYEES AWAYYYYYYY. no one obviously likes their job because the food reflects it , which is sad. Just QUIT if it's thatmiserable. Update, half hour later i went backcfor the replacement and they gave me a completely different sandwich this time.. How do you... go from a bacon double cheeseburger to a regular cheesburger?! Absolutely terrible. Theyre not short staffed. There were about 6workers in the restaurant. Ive worked at wendys and had a crew of 4 or 5 during rushes and never had a problem where we messedup THIS bad. Looks like I'm gonna have to find the GM or the District managers number. Not the first time I had a problem butfinally making a review. Not sure how hard it is to put bacon on a burger after we repeated it several times to the worker. Terrible service. After ordering several times repeating what what I wanted was told with a laugh we are out of Whoppers. Left... without buying anything. Will never go back.
