We got our drinks and appetizer rather quickly. However, when it came to our dinner, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes.... After the first 30 minutes, they came and said the order never got to the kitchen. You would expect they would have put a rushon it at this point, but we watched others seated and served meals while the manager came over and said 4 more minutes. Thatturned out to be 20 minutes. My wife was so upset, she went to the car. I made my way to the end of the bar, where I got theattention of one of the waitresses, and she went to the kitchen, and the manager came out with my order baged. After getting ithome, it looked thrown together and was missing our sauce. She apologized for the wait and did give us a small gift card for theinconvenience. I been there before and will give them another try, maybe just drinks next time. Read more
Such a fun place! Got the pieorgies which weren?t my favorite but the other food we ordered was good. They had live music, dance... area and a lot of seating away from all of that if you wanted more space. Definitely a pleasant time overall. Read more
Had a blast on my birthday watching Big in Japan! Fun atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. Fast service.

Ordered a steak Philly with onion rings and Nachos. Food came out chicken Philly with tater tots and what I can only describe as... the saddest nachos I have ever seen. I would put the profit on them at about 95%. If you really want to try them ask for a sideof cheese and a bottle of salsa. When we did get the sandwich and onion rings they were really good. We have been here beforeand have had some good food. Mental note for next time. STAY AWAY FROM THE NACHOS. Read more
I read through the reviews, and some of them were great, others were not. Despite the owner's responses to some of them, I still... decided to order food though a delivery app. The foods great. I'll give that 5* if I could. But the reason why I'm giving thisa 1* review is because upon eating the Mac that I ordered, there was a long strand of hair that came out. Imagine my shock! First time going to The Local Bar. Very good experience. The food was tasty. I had the quesadilla with chicken. The hubby got... wings. One of which was the biggest I've ever seen! The staff was what was amazing at this place. One server was working theentire room and the very large oval bar. Staffing issues are a real thing as we all know. The cook was serving the food. Whichcame out hot and quickly considering how busy it was. I would definitely try this place. Hard-working folks serving up goodfood. A nice local hangout. Read more
We have lived in Strongsville for about a year. Haven't really enjoyed the food here. We were out shopping and decided to stop... here for drinks. The bartenders were great especially Billy. Everyone made else feel welcome. We were the odd balls in the bar.We ordered drinks which were pretty good and dinner to go. I would definitely come here again. Read more
