Worst subway ever been to. Had to wait because man in front of me so frustrated because worker couldn?t do coupon. I got 4... sandwiches got charged for 5 and then after ten minutes had to beg for my 6.99. Got back and 3 of the 4 the bread was so staleit crumbled. Shame on you!!! Read more
Awful service, we placed an online order and they gave us the completely wrong sandwich. Since we were on break we called since... we didn't have enough time to go back and asked if we could get a refund or a free sub tomorrow and they said they had a lineand hung up on us when we asked for a different person or a Manger or anybody who could help. You won't find a better Subway. I love this Subway because no matter how hard a customer can be, the staff work hard to... accommodate the their customers. I have seen people down right abuse the staff, and the staff nervously working furiously tomake a rude customer happy even when harmed physically. These kids have heart and drive. The manager Tony is the nicest guy youcould ever meet but won't let people abuse his staff. A real hero my in book. You're always greeted with a smile and treatedlike a friend. The food is fresh and preped hourly, cleaned hourly, and well stocked. There maybe some wait time when things arebusy. Just be patient it's worth it. I know for a fact they clean their ice machine. That's a huge bonus in food prep! Givethese guys a medal and some respect. If you're looking to just be rude stay home and yell at your oven! Read more
Went in on a Thursday evening around 8 pm, only customer in the store. 2 young guys working who were more concerned about... talking to each other about what food they were going to order than making my sandwiches . 2 sandwiches took almost 20 mins tomake. Read more
I am in AWE at how ridiculous this is. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR ORDER. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. THIS IS... THE RESTAURANTS FAULT -NOT- THE DELIVERY SERVICE. We ordered two sandwiches with, you know, meat. We paid extra to add bacon tothe sandwiches. What we got was beyond wrong. There was NO MEAT on either sandwich, just the bacon. The got one of the breadswrong. They gave us a tiny dollop of ranch. Receipt for reference to prove the order was put through correctly, and the workersjust felt like skipping the meat cuz it?s funny? The delivery service was ontop of things and let us know that the oven wasn?tworking. We were bummed but understand some things are out of the restaurants power. However this is absurd. We called themanager and got an apathetic apology (and even asked to provide screenshots and receipt as if we were lying?? So here?s yourproof) but is offering to give us free subs TOMORROW as it was too close to closing time by the time we got our subs. While thatis appreciated, this whole situation could have been avoided and it ruined our night. Edit: we called at 9:01pm once we got ourfood and found out they close at 10pm and she told us to not come in tonight as if they just closed?so that pisses me off more. Read more
This location charges you extra if you want your 12" sandwich halves wrapped individually. Never seen a subway do this. I'll be... going to the subway down the road from now on. Read more
