Staff was friendly. Food was mid. Nothing great. Spent $150.00 before tip. Three got endless shrimp. Which is on a timer of how... you are allowed to order. You're not even allowed to order when your meal comes out. My son was excited for his birthday andleft disappointed. We were there 2 hours with 3 refills. Don't fall for the endless shrimp. Red Lobster WAS one of my favorite restaurants until today's experience!!! My mouth dropped when I read the price for Pick 2... Shrimp dinner for $22???!!??? I've never paid more than $17 for that & it also included soup or salad & one side. Now the Pick2 Shrimp went up $5 & they took away the soup/salad being included. If you want a salad that will be used as your one side. The shrimp scampi were always served in the oval like dish, soaked in that garlic butter sauce. I received my shrimp on a platewith very little garlic butter sauce on the shrimp. The other person with me ordered the Chicken Alfredo. No side was included& the portion size was so much smaller than before. To make everything worse our server was horrible!!!! I asked for extranapkins. I received only one tiny paper towel . (See pictures below) We asked for more biscuits when our meal was served. Wenever received them until after our meal & that's only because I asked half way through our meal on when he was bringing thebiscuits out. The server walked past our table about 15 times & never picked up our plates. He wasn't carrying anything to notbe able to grab the plates. The manager came by & removed them. No refills were offered. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The sever only had a few tables. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem paying for a $20+ meal but I except it to be at ahigher class atmosphere, have at least a salad included with the meal & have one side to choose from and a server who caresabout their customers. I am extremely disappointed with Red Lobster price increases with a lot less food. This was my finaltime eating at Red Lobster. Read more
Ann B was our waitress. She greeted us with a smile and her name. Very pleasant and got us out drinks right away. She checked... with us throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. I would always recommend this Red Lobster as all the serverswhether you are dining in or curbside pickup and Karen the manager are very friendly and courteous. We got the two-lobster tail entre with cole slaw and biscuits plus the extra lobster tail for $10 extra. We split the meal... between husband and wife since we do not eat that much. Our server was prompt and the food was delivered quickly. The managercame by to welcome us back, and we had a very nice lunch. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Read more
