Went there today at 9:20 pm with my daughter. Honestly, This five guys is the best five guys I've been to in the Cleveland area.... The staff is amazing and helped with all my needs. I get food from this location about once a month or so when I am in the area visiting my mother. Generally I order from the web... in my car when I arrive and it has never taken more than 10 minutes for my order to be made nor has my order ever been wrong orof poor quality, which is greatly appreciated. Good burger and plenty of fries. Always have to try a milkshake! They offer lettuce wraps for burger or dog if you want gluten... free. There is a veggie sandwich option. Would go back. Read more
Let me preface this by saying I rarely do fast food and I do love a good burger. I've only had Five Guys once several years ago... and wasn't impressed, but I needed dinner and figured it would be better than one of the other places. Ordered a bacon burgerand a bacon dog. Somehow they managed to forget the bacon on both. I liked the way they did the dog overall and the fries weregreat, but I found the burger to have no redeeming qualities at all and once the price is factored in, definitely not some placeI'll visit again regardless of the extra fries dumped in the bag. I was order #1 today and I?m so impressed with the my food. Burger was delicious and juicy. Fries was so perfect. Whoever made... it hats off to you. It was so perfect and crispy.
