They have great bagels and service. The coffee is also excellent
This was a disappointing experience, I?ve been here to this location probably 5 times and this was my last. Each time got worse.... The staff here clearly hate working here. They have no indoor seating anymore, the line was long so they were clearly rushingorders as well. I checked the website to make sure they had jalapeño cheddar bagels (they are my favorite, i can never findthem anywhere and I was ready to buy a dozen). I ordered and the very unenthusiastic woman today at the counter said they don?thave those. I was confused, but said ok can I just do one extra toasted cheese bagel with Jalapeño cream cheese on theside. She said nothing, cut and put the bagel in the ?warmer? and then put it in a bag, it was very slightly warmed and not eventoasted at all. They don?t have silverware out anywhere so I had to go back up to the counter to get a knife for my side ofcream cheese, since they didn?t put it in the bag with my bagel? That didn?t make sense to me. They didn?t ask we neededanything else, avoided any and all eye contact and conversation and it was very awkward. Read more
Customer service has gone downhill here excessively compared to any other business I?ve dealt with post pandemic. Staff... constantly bickering with each other complaining about not getting enough tips in front of people, and the quality of fooddefinitely isn?t the same yet they?re increasing the additional charges. We will not be coming back here again. Read more
Will never be back. Guy with the long hair was literally the rudest person I?ve ever dealt with. First time here and was just... looking at the menu and he was rushing me even when the place was empty. Read more
