Boys upstairs throw dough at the ceiling, managers are toxic will value the ceiling dough boys over the cash cows sweating up... the cash downstairs at the other 2 locations honeslty sick i dont know how management sleeps at night actually thinking they aredoing something when their hardest working staff is against them for a fact anyone know the owner joe i heard hes showing upsoon someone should really talk to him hopefully the whole crew just turns on the managers and gets rid of the problem once andfor all. I would?ve had a much better experience if I didn?t have to witness a higher up lady named screaming at her employees for no... reason. They are all great people, but that lady will bring your company down. Really wish I would?ve seen her name tag. Read more

kiosk staff was wonderful, but someone who appeared to be a higher up was talking down to an employee and said they had an... attitude when the employee was stating how they wanted to be in their original store. higher up said she wanted to write them upbut instead brought them a book?? this type of ego trip is absolutely appalling and should be dealt with in a respectable mannerconsidering these kiosk workers do the actual work and have a lot to deal with. very unhappy with the management!! but thankfulfor kiosk workers, my pretzel bites were fresh and warm! My daughter & her friend ordered a pretzel & gave a coupon for buy one get one free. My daughter has social anxiety so ordering... at a cash register is already a big step for her. The gentleman was cold , and handed her one pretzel & no change ..andimmediately said "how can I help you" to the next person in line. Being that shes uncomfortable not speaking up she walked awaywithout her change or additional pretzel. Sad to take advantage of teenagers in a mall . Read more

I went to this location earlier today and ordered 2 pepperoni soft pretzels and a drink. I had to wait 15 min for them to make... them because they never have them pre-made, which is fine because I knew that was going to be the case before I ordered so I wasalready prepared to wait. When I received my order finally. I asked the ?girl? at the cast register for some napkins because thedispenser was empty by the register. Then I came up a second time for more napkins because I needed more? Is that a crime? Thegirl (and I use the word girl loosely) literally slammed the napkin dispenser onto the counter as if I was asking her to makethe napkins from scratch?? I was very polite and for no reason at all apologetic for asking for more napkins ?she didn?t saymuch AT ALL. Just what my total was and how long the wait would be. She wasn?t polite to anyone else either? she was so rude andher attitude was disgusting. If you hate your job that much then quit or be polite to your customers. It?s your JOB! I didn?tcatch her name but she had a whole sleeve of tattoos and was chubby. I was shocked that an employee would act that way toward apaying customer?. Absolutely appalling.. have some respect, really. I won?t return ANY TIME SOON. That?s forsure. Worstexperience I?ve ever had at any Aunie Anne?s. Hire people with joy in their voice.
