Ordered an ice cream cake a week in advance. Received an e mail the day before I was supposed to pick it up that they couldn?t... make it. It was too late for me to order one elsewhere. Damion, the manager doesn?t respond to e mails and the phone is?restricted? so I?m unable to call. I?m still waiting for my refund two weeks later. I don?t recommend this BR and theirmanagement stinks. Read more
