Terrible service. Avoid online order. I ordered pizza's for a party and arrived to pickup at 11.15 AM and I see that employees... are yet to enter facility which made it clear that it would take another 45 minutes to make my order. I asked them to cancel myorder and now I see they ended up charging me on online order. Now I have to go through my credit card company to dispute theircharge and get a refund. Read more

Pizza was ok not the best compared to the other masala pizza locations. Overall the way they make it in addison is much better... then the Schaumburg location! I ordered the paneer tikka pizza through Uber Eats for pickup. They must have some partnership with Papa Saverio?s because they... make the pizza there, not their own restaurant. It was 30 degrees outside and as I walked in I felt no heat or change intemperature. This place is ice cold, very old-style (non renovated), and there?s not even the slightest smell of pizza.Especially, when it?s freezing outside, the fact that they have no heaters on gives me a very stingy vibe and considering I?mpaying $54 for 2 pizzas I expect better hospitality.
