If I could leave negative stars I would. Placed an order online at 6:55 walk in 7 minutes later to be told they have no French... bread left and only had enough sliced bread to make two of my three sandwiches. The place obviously doesn't think they will getany other orders for the next hour they are open. Person offered me nothing to say sorry or make me want to come back. This isthe second time I had issues here a few weeks ago my same order was made incorrectly and when I called about it I barely got asorry. I ordered it through door dash and Jimmy Johns got both my sandwiches wrong. Ordered a Vito but they literally just put lettuce... and tomato that was it. Also ordered a little John and there wasn?t any beef. And to top it all off they was a note that says notip? Wow. Umm excuse me but I was ready with cash at door to hand the delivery guy the tip. Completely unprofessional! Long waits! Disrespectful to the people they sever. The last five times I ordered from the... Streamwood,, location. Only one time was my order correct and within a half hour window, for delivery. The other four times,either I had to wait over an hour to be lied to several times when I called them to check in my order and one time I ordered wascompletely incorrect.
