I live down the street for 17yrs and used to come here a lot instead of Starbucks. The past few years service is not... horrendous. Was told one morning that they couldn?t toast bagels since the previous day night crew did clean the oven. Another time I did a pick up using the app so I could get the bonus points on Monday. The place was unswep and didn?t lookclean behind the counter. Now, they are drive thru only. If they were dirty and didn?t clean equipment and store, I can?timagine how the place is now not being able to walk-in and see. I will be avoiding this store from now on and drive the extramiles to the one by Barrington Arboretum. Read more

Need to update their hours if they close at 8:30pm. On the app and the restaurant hours on the map show open until 9pm. All the... lights were off for Dunkin. Not even the drive thru menu lights were on. Anyway people were nice. Read more
Last four mobile orders were all incorrect and/or missing something... I get being busy but come on, you have the order IN... WRITING... Take the extra 30 seconds and make sure it's correct before you shoo the customer out of the line.... So frustrating Read more
Cold inedible hash browns. Both coffees tasted old. They didn't have the requested bagel for my breakfast sandwich but said they... had a sesame bagel. Not ideal but okay. Ended up on a cinnamon raisin bagel -- which is disgusting for a breakfast sandwich. Thebagel was also the smallest I'd ever seen at a Dunkin'. No refund or gift card can be issued upon complaining unless we go backphysically to the location. Madness and stupidity abound. Don't do it. Never spent over $20 so poorly. Read more

Came in today at this location, no one was around despite my holler. So I called the store and someone answered and I told her... I?m actually at the store and no one is around. Then she showed up looking upset asking me what do I want instead of apologizingfor the wait. Just disappointing to hear and looking at someone upset when I was the one who stood and waited in front of thecash register waiting to be helped. She said she?s been on duty since 4am probably reason why she?s hiding and kind of grumpy. Iwas like forget it and just didn?t order anymore. The last few times I have gone here have been and experiences. I order ahead, drive is about 15 minutes. I arrive and they asked... what my mobile order is. 2-3 times and it still is wrong. Very very understaffed with one person most nights. Not okay, tourbusiness is being impacted by that lack of staffing. Read more
