We were in the drive-thru line, grabbing breakfast for my colleagues and I. We informed the lady taking our orders that we would... like our food single-toasted, but it?s two orders of the same thing. When her screen showed double toasted, we informed her overthe monitor. Upon asking her to rectify her mistake, she started arguing. She didn?t apologize and messed up our order two timesin the same transaction. I understand they are busy then they need to hire more people, and the reason a lot of people probablydon?t wish to work for this location is because of the attitude problem the staff members have working there. The staff was kind and welcoming even tho it was busy in there. It was the best donut I have ever had from a Tims. Very pleased.
Really sad for a Tim Hortons. Been here a few times and more often than not, my order is not correct. How difficult is it to... make a Sausage Belt?? We now go to a different Tim's in town. Read more
