Normally I get great service here. And you know, if it was a one time mistake I probably wouldn't care so much. But this is the... FOURTH time I have ordered a bagel BELT from this location and received a soggy bagel, with a piece of sausage and some cheeseslapped on it. No lettuce, no tomato, nothing but sausage and egg. Now I get it, mistakes happen. But when I'm at the drive thruspeaker trying to order and the girl on the other side can't take a minute away from giggling and whispering to her co-workerwhile I'm trying to order to ensure it is entered correctly, I would call that not caring, rather than a simple mistake. I am a truck driver. And its 4 Am i just went to drive thru to order tea. When i knock window the lady who is working on window... in morning was really very rude. Her behaviour was so bad. dissapointing that I pay extra for cream cheese on a bagel and they put it on only half of that bagel, which is also burnt. Not... to mention that a "cheese" bagel could scarcely be called that. What's going on management? Save your money and try a differentlocation. Read more
They never have any food options after dark. Just yurn off the menu board and only serve coffee. I wrnt there around 11 pm.... Tried to order a BLT, a BLT!!, no sorry we don't have bacon. Really?? Your bacon is already cooked! Throw it in the microwavefor 20 seconds. Tim Horton's is garbage. They can't make food right anytime of the day.
