Worst customer service experience! Asked the girl if she can wash her hands before putting gloves on. She said yes and walked... to the indian guy, said something and never came out till the guy finished with the other customer and I was about to pay for mysandwich. Not very friendly! Read more

Honestly, I enjoy being able to make my own sandwich! Some people in the staff could have an attitude towards the costumers but... we still get amazing people. Usually, there is not a long wait time, so it makes me happy. Would totally recommend! Read more
My family & I were traveling through Strathmore on Wednesday and decided to stop at subway for lunch. It was just before 1pm so... it was fairly busy. 1st thing I noticed was they do not change thier gloves often. I watched her make 7 sandwiches, touching theoven to get bread each time, toasting subs as well. All of this with the same set of gloves on. 2nd thing I noticed was thestaff wrapping the sandwiches was cutting them, wrapping and then getting payments for the food, again I saw her do this withthe 7 orders ahead of me..As soon as I got up there I asked her to please change her gloves 2x actually. 3rd thing was it seemdthe 3 staff working ( one seemed to be a mamager) had some serious animosity with each other.and was showing in front if thecustomers. I strongly feel that the staff needs to be trained and reminded to changes those gloves! Will never eat here againor recommend but I do hope they get this dealt with. Read more
I love subway and have never met one I did not like. May I recommend the southwest chipotle sauce on the breakfast sandwich.
The lettuce was horrible, it tasted like plastic/chemicals and ruined the entire sandwich. There are plenty positive reviews... here so I might try again but honestly that lettuce was just so bad. Read more
Worst customer service ever. We ordered online about half an hour before we were ready to pick it up. We paid online, and the... order was confirmed. About 10 minutes before we were to pick it up, we got an email saying the order was canceled and to speakwith the store. We tried to call and they would not answer the phone. So I went into the store to speak with them. I actuallywas able to speak with the franchise owner who happened to be helping make sandwiches. He had no explanation and was less thanhelpful. He shrugged his shoulders when I asked why the order had been canceled. I asked about already paying for the order andhe said the money would be refunded sometime between the next couple hours and next couple days. No offer to make the sandwicheswhile I stood there no offer to try and figure out why the order had been canceled, just dismissive and a shrug of theshoulders. I would not recommend this location.
