Had a great experience with quick service. Ordered for a full family and was happy to see that they were providing books in the... kids meal instead of toys. Makes it a more useful item in the happy meal. Keep up the good idea with books in the happy meals. Read more

Thus is my crispy chicken with bacon. It's missing the cheese I paid for & apparently the tomato guy is on break. All this for... $15 & the filled of minced fish was missing from the bag. When I asked the high 5 dude at the window where my filled was, helost all human ability to communicate. Why do I continue to go back to a mcdicks that you have to almost pull out individualfries to make sure your orders correct? Because it's the only one in town & when the owner doesn't give a rat's a.., your onlyoption is another fast food place or finally reviewing a place that I will never go back to. I'd suggest the same for anyoneelse who spots the sad arches off hwy 1 in strathmore. Read more

would be 5, but they gave my friend a spicy junior chicken and she wanted a regular one. overall, enjoyed my experience. they... gave me and my friend extra sauce, they have our hearts ???????? staff were not rude which is hard to find, especially at thistype of business. we?re lovin it ???????? edit: they also opened the door for us. just so kind truly ???? McDonald, you have went downhill. Two cash registers. Nobody at them. To top it of your automated tellers, well the debit... doesn't work on them. Then the cashier, decides to make my 2 coffee's put them down and pack a large order and serve them first.I usually don't even bother to rate a McD's but this just boiled my blood. So there you go. Window service was great. Food and drink not so much. I ordered 2 bacon and cheese mcmuffins both were stale and dry. Tossed... them out on the highway. Also ordered a extra large coffee double double. There was not 1 grain of sugar in my coffee. Terrible Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We decided to make a stop to grab some quick breakfast on our road trip. Upon attempting to... order at 2 of the self serve kiosks the printers were broken and would not dispense a receipt. Despite there being 7 peopleworking at this location, there was only a handful of drive through orders and 3 people waiting inside for their order. Wewaited 30 mins for a burnt bagel belt which was poorly made with 2 ends of a bagel, wilting lettuce, and barely any baconpieces. As we waited 30 mins for this order, they also forgot our hash brown. There was also a customer behind us that had madean online order (1 coffee) and they were not able to find the order and the gentleman had to wait for a while to just receivehis coffee. This is VERY frustrating and was definitely the WORST McDonald?s experience ever. We attempted to go back inside toget a refund, but due to the long lines that built up from the lack of efficiencies and inability to help customers in a timelymanner, we resulted to going through drive through to get a refund. We were denied a refund and was told we HAVE to go waitinside to get a refund. This experience was POORLY handled from the initial issues with the kiosk to the wait times and even upuntil the refund process. Read more
