Hi, I visited your restaurant in Stratford a couple weeks back, I pulled into the drive through, waited for 10mins with no... response. So I assumed the speaker wasn?t working. I pulled up to the window, and waited another 8mins(while making eye contactwith employees). And employee named Shawn Francis(he had what looked like a bandage on his forearm) opened the window, I toldhim that I waited for 10mins at the speaker trying to make contact and then waited another 8mins at the window with no response.He said we are very busy and short staffed( I worked fast food before so I understood). He then proceeds to tell me to comeinside and wait in-line in the store to order. I said you should at least greet the customer and let them know there is a wait.He argued that being busy and short staff gives him and the staff the write to ignore any customers not directly in their face(Iwatched them serve 2 family?s that walked in and walked out as I waited by the window agreeing pulling up from the speaker). Henever once apologized for ignoring and then telling me he won?t take my order unless I?m inside the store(what if I wasdisabled, or if the next person he does this to is disabled). I said that?s insane to ask when your store has drive thru. Heslammed the window shut and went back to working ignoring me. I have the managers name Robert, but there phone isn?t working atthe location. Hence why I?m contacting you theough customer service.. Tried calling for over a week to speak with manager, phonegoes straight to voicemail and voicemail has been full since? I literally live up the street and almost visit this locationdaily? Read more
Staff is very friendly, and efficient. Even though it was fairly busy when I was there, they were still quick, polite and... attentive to me. Good job guys. The sub I had was very good, Great Canadian Club with both smokey sauces on the new HarvestGrain bread. Read more

Went to go and get 3 subs after a long day for the family and they messed up all three of them nothing was right even after... calling to let me know they didn?t have the meat for one of them but still managed to mess up. I asked for a spicy Italian withlight lettuce, mayo and grilled white bread . They gave me garlic parm, not even toasted , they put cucumbers, tomatoes, onionsand pickles on it . They managed to make my boyfriends who wanted non toasted with pickles and lettuce his was grilled , had 0pickles on it , had cucumbers . And my friend wanted light mayo , and a chicken bacon grilled sandwich they had to give him acold cut cause ran out of chicken (understandable of course) his whole sandwich was covered and not grilled . I had the best experience today! The staff who waited on us went above and beyond to accommodate us as my son and I have many... allergies. He washed his hands immediately, had his coworker wash his hands and changed his gloves numerous times whilepreparing our order. Highly recommend! Read more
We went in to your restaurant today and had the BEST BEST. Service I think I ever had at any of your restaurants .... And I... would like to thank the people that made it amazing especially Arshdeep Kaur she is sweet ,kind and you can tell her heart isbig and she is invested in her job and wants to make sure the costumer is happy ????
