Extremely horrible and poor service . I order chicken pizza and soft drink and received pizza with some meat into it (it was... not chicken for sure) and a bottle of water instead of soft cold drink . Order was supposed to be delivered in 20 Minutes andit took 1 hour.extremely disappointed service for me . No value for customers and time. I called to the store and did acomplaint regarding the same and the store manager did not bother and he was fine to get a bad review of his store? Please becareful everyone before placing order. Ordered a pizza ..waited 1hour and 20 minutes..called and asked if it would be much longer told about 5min. Waited 15min longer... got a call from delivery driver saying he was outside my door..anywhere near me since I had been waiting outside for the last 15minutes..no deal is worth cold pizza! Read more
These are the honey garlic wings with clearly no honey garlic on them. It took more than an hour for the wings to appear and... clearly they did not hear my order. I was hung up on while asking where the honey garlic was. Clearly twice the deal does notcare about their customers as this is not the first time. Read more
May 23. Pizza ordered at 11:54. Didnt get my pizza till quarter after one. Lucky i still payed for it after it showing up late... and with out my drinks. Terrible service here. Driver had a brand new looking car but still this late with my order. And nodrinks to be found. Last time at leave it was only dips i was riped of. This time its pathetic. Read more
Twice the Deal is our #1 choice for pizza in Stratford. We consistently receive food that is hot, fresh and delicious while... being very reasonably priced. You'll never go hungry ordering here and more often than not, there's enough for leftovers. I alsoneed to acknowledge the stellar service we receive every time we visit; the staff are always friendly, sincere andcourteous. We've only had one occasion over the years where we had an issue with an item in our order and called the restaurantto address it. The manager was apologetic, sincere and more than happy to replace our item. We offered to pick it up, as we livewithin a close distance to the restaurant but he insisted on delivering it to us. As a surprise, he also threw in some extradips and a chocolate cake to make up for the issue. I happily give this restaurant 5 stars and highly recommend it :) Read more
It was great pizza as per usual!! The only one my fiancee actually likes because its not so greasy.
