This location is consistently terrible. Workers can be heard yelling in the back while people are waiting to be served. Don?t... bother ordering online the food still won?t be ready for 30 minutes even though the place is empty. Complete embarrassment tothe franchise that they let this place operate. Read more
Rice is hard. Didn't put the tomato salsa and sour cream with the quesadilla. Shouldn't be that hard to read the print out... that's on the carton and confirm what should be in there before you pack it. Read more
Bless the hearts of the workers here. Today I experienced an older male berate the workers, and they handled it with class and... kindness. The burrito I ordered was made great, and unlike other Chipotle places, it actually held together. I will definitelybe coming here more often! Thank you to the Stratford Chipotle workers. ?? Good place and plenty options in non veg but in veg the options are very limited
Ordered on-line, wrong order in the bag, drove back. The staff was accommodating but had to sit in the restaurant listening to... music filled with vulgarity coming from the kitchen while we waited. Very unappealing to hear it. Read more
I love chipotle but this chipotle is so bad. Whenever I place an order pick up (just one order of food) I end up waiting more... than 30 mins from the predictive pick up time. If I try to go in just to place an order, the food is always dry, no seasoning atall idk how you can mess that up it?s literally given to you in a bag. Read more
I was there to get an order for someone else. I gave three stars for the service. The guy was very rushy and it wasn't even... crowded! He basically threw the food together. Thank goodness the person I ordered for enjoyed the food. So it's good food, notso good service. Read more
Service can be a little slow sometimes but they get very busy and still stay friendly! Fresh ingredients and yummy food!
