Did not expect to have the best fish and chips I?ve had in years in inland Virginia! Stopped in with some friends while staying... nearby - the crab cakes, fried cod, fried haddock, and fried shrimp were all amazing, as were all the sides! The service was sogreat and all the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back next time we?re in the area. Can?t recommend highly enough! Read more

Cozy ,comfortable , friendly and great food. The owner was very nice. My waitress,Emma, was amazing. I?m not sure which was... better.. the food or the service. Even the other diners were friendly!! Tidy, tiny boutique-style spot a block from Strasburg's main strip. I went to the weekend dinner service, where Emma and Katie... kept things moving, with relaxed, chatty demeanor despite the place being full, veranda too. Thanks ladies. Food is solid, wellprepared and tasty. I chose fish & chips, usually a good barometer, and was well pleased. Crunchy outside, flaky and tenderinside - cue steam, generous portion too. OMG! This place is the bomb. We were on the road heading south from Upstate NY and I had been reading reviews on Crabby Maggies.... I knew I had to try it so we stopped here for the night. Now under new ownership, this place definitely worth a stop. I was doubtful at first when the beverages all came bottled, but... not to worry. The crab cakes, coleslaw and potato salad were really good. The service was great, and the owner checked in withus to see how our meal was.
