Food might have been great, but everything online said it was open. Come to find out they?re only open on weekends. I hate to... leave a bad review without even trying the food, but it seems this has been a constant issue. I understand staffing issues, butat least update your hours and availability so potential patrons are made aware? Read more

Skinny Pancake was recommended by our waiter at a restaurant in The Lodge-our condo located just steps away from SP. Tried to go... yesterday afternoon and the door was locked. Since I saw people in there I tried the exit door and popped my head in to be toldthat they?re closed even though there were people eating at a couple of the tables. Went back this morning for breakfast andthe door was locked again. I saw two groups inside eating so I tried the exit door again and it was locked. Went back to theentrance door and an employee was telling someone that they she was the only one working and that she could only serve thefamily that was in there that had a reservation. I get the shortage of staff, but close completely or put a sign on the door ifyou can?t serve the public and be a restaurant. Very disappointing especially when highly recommended and planning on a goodbreakfast before hitting the slopes. The shops and restaurants are technically an amenity while staying at the ski-in/ski-outlodging in the village. Don?t rely on SP like we did. Read more

We?ve been eating in Skinny Pancake since they were a cart on Church Street in downtown Burlington, and have fun memories and... taking our children to their Lake Street restaurant over many years. However I feel like they?re really losing their game. Theyneed to stop blaming everything on the pandemic. Every time we try to eat here they are either understaffed and not seating, ordon?t answer the phone to try and inquire or get reservations, or forget part of our order. Recently we ordered sides of maplesyrup, which is not uncommon given that they are skinny pancakes, and when I went back inside to try to get the sides of maplesyrup I stood in front of the manager who spent five minutes typing in reservations for later in the day instead of asking me ifI needed something. At this price point you should at least get decent customer service and a complete order. This particularlocation needs some serious oversight from management. Read more

Horrible overpriced food. We experienced abhorrent, nasty staff. Midweek and not busy, so no excuse for this behavior.

Went here after seeing it several times on the way to the resort. Seemed a ?must need to try? sort of place. Wasn?t disappointed... in the least. While a bit pricey for crepes, it made total sense given the location. My girlfriend and I each got a differentsavory crepe then shared a sweet one. I really enjoyed that my savory crepe had some crunch to it. Literally the only thing Icould complain about is the last of coffee choices. Several coffee items weren?t available that are on the menu but I totallyget it and assume it?s due to staffing and the season. But would definitely go again! Read more
