I don't understand the bad reviews here. I used to get Teresa's from this location and hadn't had it in over 10 years. Got a... pizza recently and it was very good! I'm giving it 4 stars because it's kind of expensive and I'm pretty loyal to a differentpizza shop that is closer to me. However if I got some good coupons in the mail, it would be hard to resist! Teresa's is usually good in small doses. The 2-slice lunch special is ok, but this time I decided to not go with my normal pizza... spot and order a large sized pizza from Teresa's - big mistake. This is the messiest, uncooked stuff I've ever had. A box pizzatastes better at this point. The pizza is sticking to the paper in the box - because the dough is under cooked. It's extremelygreasy and way too much cheese - AND I'M A CHEESE LOVER!!!! The only reason they get 2 stars is because normally the lunchspecial is decent. Read more
If I could post pics to this review I would. The stow location has given this franchise a bad name. Everytime I decide to give... them another chance, it ends in disappointment. I grew up eating Teresas pizza in Maple heights. One of my all time favoriteplaces to order pizza from. But, after today's experience , I will no longer give the Stow location our business. Our pizzasarrived at our home with all the cheese slid off onto inside of box. This is the second time this has happened. Half the pizzahad no cheese or toppings on it. Then when you call to complain the customer service is rude. The last time this happened wechased down the driver at the end of our driveway to give back pizza and then he had the audacity to ask if we wanted themremade. This took another hour to get new pizzas. Spare yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Read more
The flavor is ok, BUT this is the most impossible to eat pizza Ive ever had! The cheese is so rubbery that the whole thing came... off the pizza in a sheet, im telling you, you can barely even bite through it. So we basically had sauce and crust. No matterhow good the flavor might be, the ridiculous amount of rubbery cheese ruined it entirely and it was not worth the 25 I spentthere. I would never recommend this place for a remotely good pie, Im convinced that anyone leaving a good review either knowsthe owner or the people that work there personally because I find most of the bad reviews to be 100% accurate. Ordered a large pizza and a Stromboli, should have been a really simple order. Get home and the Stromboli isn't even cooked, the... dough is raw and it looked like it was cooked in the Microwave. They did refund me for the Stromboli portion of my bill whichwas cool, but how about offering something for me to want to come back and try out this pizza joint again. Pizza was okay butnot that good to spend $14 for 8 slices of pizza. Read more
Service is great but the pizza is just bad. Ordered a large and almost thought it was a mistake because of how small it is.... Literally the size of a small at any chain pizza place. And for what they're charging it's definitely not worth it. The sauce isbland and the cheese is thick and rubbery. You can peel the cheese right off and you'll be chewing it for 5 minutes. I'm not one to complain. But man this pizza sucks. The service is great, the prices are Good, but dang this pizza just tastes... bad. I honestly believe that those Lunchable pizzas would blow this stuff out of the water. Like honestly, I don't understandhow somebody can mess up a pizza so bad... I feel like you literally have to try to make a pizza taste this bad. The cheese islike rubber, the crust is like cardboard, and the sauce... I won't even talk about the sauce. If you are considering eatingpizza from here please save yourself and either make your own food or go to Papa John's because trust me you are throwing yourmoney away.
