This is quite possibly the worst run Wendy's in Massachusetts. The talent pool is clearly lacking, leadership is lacking,... management is lacking. Customer service is GTFOROFL. If you love long waits, this place is for you. And if you love beingunable to use a rest room to wash up before eating because you're a dirty pig? This is hands down THE place to go.
