What a disgrace! They imposed $2 tip out of blue. I ordered dinner from my room for pickup. I didn't get served at all,... therefore I didn't intend to leave a tip. I picked my dinner from the restaurant and left no Gratuity. It was only throughcomparing the credit card charge with the receipt that I realized I was charged $2 extra (presumably the tip). It wasn't theamount of the overcharge that made me disgusted, but rather their dishonestly criminal behavior. Read more
