On the drive home, my car smelled of burnt oil. Garlic wings had no garlic, but did taste like... you guessed it...burnt oil.... Not very customer service friendly even though the food is good as a business owner I am big on customer service. When I went in... the second time the owner continued to argue with me about how she did not put eggs in my food when she did. She also saidcustomer isn?t always right, uh ok, I am not looking to be always right. What exactly are you talking about. It was like asalesman trying to convince you that the sky is green and the grass is blue when you are clearly looking at a blue sky and greengrass. The biggest disappointments are business folks playing mind games with kind customers trying to support their business aswell as interrupting them when they speak. Shaking my head. It?s ok if you forgot we are human. Then she proceeded to projecther issues into me and tell me I am an unhappy person. Which is crazy because she always has a resting ?..face.
