One of the best McDonald's I've been to. Smiling Staff, Always trying to make sure that you feel good about being there. One day... I was looking to get my breakfast, they were running late opening the lobby. I don't have a car, but they let me go through thedrive thru so I wouldn't be late for work. At approximately 4:50 am I entered the drive thru at this location. At the speaker a male stated they were not taking orders... because they were switching over to the breakfast menu. I then stated that I was only getting an ice coffee which is offered allday on every menu. The male then sceeamed "what did I tell you? lm not taking orders!!". I then stopped by the drive thru windowto take a picture of the customer feedback phone number in which I was greeted by the male making a finger gesture as I wastaking the picture. Food was terrible and cold by the time we got it . Waited almost a half hour for a large fry. Half the staff looked like they... wernt wearing hair nets or glovesand our nuggets for my husband,son and a chicken sandwich for my self were all either rubberyor burnt. McDonald's has been the same since the '90s and early 2000. Every now and then it doesn't hurt to go there and get a quarter... pounder with cheese add Mac sauce. So McDonald's is the place to get that but at the same time only get it once every 3 months. Read more
Wanted ice cream at 1 am, so i came here for an m&m mcflurry. It was exactly what was needed to satisfy the craving. Very glad... that this place was open 24 hours, for it was the only place around that was open at the time. Easy to navigate your way throughthe drive through, and plenty of parking available. Friendly staff made the drive through experience much nicer. Will likelycome back to this location if I want a late night snack again. Read more
Placed a Mobile app order for curbside pickup. It wasn't brought out after waiting over 20 minutes. The location had all the... doors locked preventing me from going in to get my food. The site was apparently drive thru only even though the app offered acarryout option and ENCOURAGED using the Curbside option. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. ultimately had to askat the drive thru, over a car, about my food and received confused looks. Someone then said "oh, the curbside order?" andtold me to get in the drive thru line wrapping around the building. I had an appointment to get to and at this point was nowrunning late. I told them to just cancel my order and left. The order was NEVER canceled/refunded. I called the store thenext day and they told me I needed to call Mcdonalds support for a refund. I contacted Mcdonalds support and they said thestore needed to take care of it, they filed a report and said I'd be contacted by the store shortly. I was called a couple dayslater and told I would need to come in to the store to get the refund. I went to the location multiple times but the manager Ispoke with wasn't there and no one else knew anything about it and claimed they couldn't do anything. After dealing with thisfor MONTHS I contacted Mcdonalds "support" AGAIN and they told me I'd hear from someone soon. Over 10 days and NOTHING exceptafew more "We're sorry for your experience" emails to add to the collection. Now, nearly 6 months later - NOTHING! Mcdonaldshas essentially STOLEN approx. $20 from me. So IF you visit this site - don't place a mobile order because if you DON'T getyour food you'll have to jump thru hoops for MONTHS to TRY and get your money back! Read more
Of course, when I asked my child where he would like to eat anywhere at all, he always says McDonald's and I have to tell you... their food has improved over the years since I was a child. My goodness they have healthy stuff now. Awesome! So I don't mindbringing my child to McDonald's and getting a good meal once in a while . Good job guys! Keep it up! Read more
