Took over 2 hrs and 15 minutes to deliver when i live 7 minutes away. Ice cream was completely melted. delivery driver [even... when a 20% tip was pre added to the order] acted like.he could care.less that he was so dam late. My guests had already left forthe evening. Total waste of time and money. Not to mention this place is super expensive. After calling the store and making acomplaint i did end up getting my.money back. Read more
Very simple you choose what tasty cookies they have, which is soft and moist, or you can make your own cookie icecream... sandwiches. Recent update: eventhough I left a previous review but I just want to give a shout out to Austin and the crew on05/11/22 for making the smores cookie for me after I drove 40 minutes to get there (I'm sure he didn't know) because that was myonly thing I wanted after a long day this is the pinnacle of customer service, thanks again! The red velvet cookies here are DELICIOUS. The service is extremely friendly and quick here. You walk in, order, get your cookie... instantly, sometimes straight out of the oven, pay, done and out within a few minutes. $3 for a larger than average cookie butfar superior than your average cookie, very much worth it. They have a wide variety of cookie flavors from chocolate chip, redvelvet, lemon poppy, and smores are some to list off, you'll have to go look in person to find out the rest! Read more
