Took over 2 hrs and 15 minutes to deliver when i live 7 minutes away. Ice cream was completely melted. delivery driver [even... when a 20% tip was pre added to the order] acted like.he could care.less that he was so dam late. My guests had already left forthe evening. Very simple you choose what tasty cookies they have, which is soft and moist, or you can make your own cookie icecream... sandwiches. Recent update: eventhough I left a previous review but I just want to give a shout out to Austin and the crew on05/11/22 for making the smores cookie for me after I drove 40 minutes to get there (I'm sure he didn't know) because that was myonly thing I wanted after a long day this is the pinnacle of customer service, thanks again!
