Staff was rude and wouldn't answer my questions. She was being very unprofessional
I ordered a dozen donuts from their mobile app. Then I waited for half an hour but no one prepared my order! When I spoke to... the staff, she couldn't find my order! She asked me which donut I wanted. I just tried to wait so I said you can choose forme. I am grateful to her for choosing only the stale ones. I threw them away. Read more

It ain't too bad most of the time, but they're definitely understaffed and therefore wait times aren't great. Today my drink... wasn't mixed well and the hash browns I got were burnt, but its better than nothing I guess. Prices are also higher than lots ofplaces. Read more
A good Dunkin Donuts branch. They were very kind and polite and made our orders correctly. I've never had a problem here with... the service or them running out of materials or anything like that. Sometimes it is busy. But that's the price of being on acollege campus. Read more
Been standing in line for 20 minutes and they haven't even taken an order from the people here at the store yet. Tons of people... getting service by ordering online. That's great, but the people in line deserve some basic attention... had to order onlineso we could get food at all. Terrible customer service. Read more
Unfortunately the owner of this dunkin has blamed their managers all of which have elevated this dunkin with great service. But... they routinely understaff creating a line out the door especially with mobile on the go orders. Read more
Closed at 8, Google says they close at 9, sign on drive thru window say 9, dove 6 miles for nothing. Nobody can fix this?
