Pho was great. The spicy daddy ramen broth was great, vegetable was great, ramen noodles were a little overcooked so it didn't... have any bounce, the pork was the weakest link in the ramen, lean, dry, and had that off pork taste, but the cuts that had somefat was great but very few. Very good noodle bar. I had the spicy daddy noodles and really enjoyed them. Got the noodles served with a side dish of spicy... chili which really helped up the heat! The crab Rangoon was only ok, but my kids liked them (fried anything is right in theirwheelhouse). I got a boba tea that was served with a skinny straw that immediately clogged. I went to this place. There were noodles. Nobody appeared to be named "Daddy", nor did I see anyone resembling my father during... the entire experience. The one Vietnamese lady took our order in fast bursts of the word "mhmmm". There is one ingredient indifference between the Daddy's Noodle and the Spicy Noodle. Review by Ben Twiss The only noodle bar on my campus that does sit-in. Open every day (in Storrs) and always ready to serve. The... employees are super nice and welcoming to those who come. I have never had an order go wrong or taste bad or off. Presentationis part of it too, one that they definitely don?t skip out on either. Every meal was belly food, and eye food. Smell was amazingand the quality of products is immaculate. I cannot recommend this bar enough, as long as you have money in your wallet and anempty stomach. 10/10 Read more
