Edited for update (2022): Did I mention I was excited they opened in Stony Plain? Well, I was so excited that now they know me... as well as my husband by face and name. I absolutely adore the folks here! A few times someone new and in training makes mycoffee and messes it up slightly, but they have ALWAYS made it right again. I have mobility issues and one time my coffee wasnot good. I also had a migraine. One of the employees (Sharon) brought me the replacement coffee! Now THAT is dedication andlove! I made sure to let corporate know what a gem they have there. I am quite particular about good quality customer service.I also believe customers should give what they?d like to receive. I have never had any issues here in that way. The customerservice has been superb! Bravo for great management/ownership! ??? Original Review: I was so thrilled when this locationopened; and now that it?s been here a while, I am still just as excited about this location. The orders come accurate, theemployees are very nice - a great place all-in-all! The one suggestion I would make is to make sure employees do not bagtogether cold/cool items with hot items (such as cake pops and hot breakfast sandwiches).
