Came here for a wedding dinner. The area that was set up had plenty of room and was private. The waiter was super attentive... always making sure everyone was taken care of at all times. We went in for happy hour nachos and a steak sandwich but were seated in the restaurant area not thinking it made any... difference. Found out after we ordered our drinks that happy hour didn’t apply to the dining side. Anyway we ended up orderingpasta and some wine and it was fantastic! We plan on going back for nachos at some point in July as they sound great and we area little smarter now! Read more

The service was good. The food was terrible. We ordered a kids’ Alfredo for our daughter and the Alfredo was so watery that I... genuinely thought they poured milk over the pasta. My daughter also ordered a chocolate milk which cost $4 and was served withthe chocolate syrup stuck to the side of the cup. I had the salmon & prawns; the prawns were good. The salmon was over cookedand then soggy because the extremely watery “orange honey sauce” that tasted nothing like oranges or honey that they coveredthe plate with. It was served with penne noodles in a very deep bowl of what they called rose sauce and my pallet remembered asthe Campbell’s tomato soup my mother served me on cold winter days in 1992. My wife had the ricotta ravioli and it tastedindescribably bad, I wish I could find the words to describe what was wrong with it but I just can’t, it tasted foul. We wereutterly surprised at how terrible the food was as we had heard nothing but glowing reviews, I don’t know if it’s just thislocation that isn’t good or if it’s all of them and, unfortunately, I’ll never find out as it’s simply too expensive torisk being that disappointed ever again. I’m giving this a 3/5 due to 1 plate and how it was addressed. 10 of us went out for a limo and dinner. Sat june 18th... Everything was amazing. The server, the private room and so forth. Food fantastic. Everyone had great food. Anddrinks.!!! Biggest problem was that I preferred beef carpaccio and it looked ok but as I started picking some up on fork itlooked less and less appealing. There was older pieces of thin beef on the plate and then newer thicker pieces added as an afterthought. I enquirer with server and she investigated. Check in kitchen mentioned that the plate was incomplete so the chefimprovised.!!! I’m sorry but beef carpaccio is what it is. If you are out or low on a product please don’t improvise. I lefthalf of the food on the plate. Server offered me something diff but by then I would have been eating by myself. No one came anddiscussed with me (management) or even offered a discount. My bill was charged full price. Not sure why? Out of 10 ppl and only1 person had a problem. It could have been corrected quick. Very good food and the service is always stellar. Went for pasta Tuesday ($20 for pasta and wine) and thoroughly enjoyed... ourselves. They always great to their guests and all of our meals were very fresh, tasty and satisfying. Always a great time atSorrentino's, Stony Plain! Worth a trip. Read more

Not a bad restaurant in the area. The service was polite and friendly and the food was good. This is probably one of the better... restaurants in the area but the outside patio is outside of a gas station so while your trying to enjoy the ambiance of thecountry music in an Italian restaurant, the revving Motorcycles distract that lol.
