Lived in Stony Plain 27 years,used to go to KFC about once a week. KFC in Stony has been going downhill ever since. The staff... and management hate their jobs so much that they seem to be sabotaging KFC. Mary Browns is 100% better. Read more
Stopped tonight to get a bucket of chicken ... 10 pieces with 3 sides - biscuits, gravy & fries. Chicken biscuits and fries... were good. Chicken not as tasty as it used to be but good. Gravy was HORRIBLE ... tasteless, so thick - don't know whatthey've done to it but I threw it in the garbage. Wasted my money. Time for KFC to revisit their products. Maybe try tastingit... Ordered a variety meal with a 2L to take to the park and have a picnic. I asked for cups for the 2L and they said I have to pay... 0.10 for them each. Petty, considering I paid $50 for the meal. Took the food, went to the park and realized they forgot thegravy. Had to go back. Then realized they didn?t even give us napkins. This all on top of a very poor client experience. Thestaff are clearly not happy working there. Makes me wonder what management is like. The last time we ordered from them throughSkip, about a year ago, and they forgot to pack our 2L. Next time will just get better chicken at 7-11. Ordered double bucket meal and paid 8.00 extra for white pcs, no wings. (A... selectable option) order then came with 2 leg,2 thigh, 2 wing,1 back and one keel. Bucket was also missing the popcornchicken but did get the tenders. If you really want KFC go to spruce grove. Arrived today and made my order. sat down and waited between 10 and 15 minutes. All the people who ordered ahead of me were... served. I was then called up to be informed my chicken would not be ready for another 15-20 minutes. I said I was not happy(they could have informed me how long the wait was when I ordered) about this. I cancelled my order and got a refund. This wasmy first time to this location and will not be returning. I observed poor communication skills from KFC staff with customers. They must hate working here because their attitude is passed on to the customer. Read more
