Decided to stop in today and have something different. We always like Edos. Decided to take advantage of the teriyaki Tueaday.... The girl asked us what we would like to drink and we said we thought is was included with the meal. I tried to get it across toher that they were but gave up. Even after showing her on the table menu. Ended up paying for the drinks and didn't get the twospring rolls that were supposed to go with it. Never even tried for those. I didn't see any fine print saying any different. Notvery happy even though what we did get was good. Read more

The Subway across the parking lot was too busy doing skip orders and left me at the counter so I walked out and came here. They... took my order right away, made it correctly and in a timely manner. Seemed a bit expensive for a rice bowl but what isn'texpensive these days. Will be back. Read more

I went there earlier this evening. The lady I initially dealt with was pleasant, she was an "older" lady. But then a younger,... pretty lady took over and she was less than pleasant in general. I ordered quite a bit of food and noticed when i got home i wasmissing the 8pc of dynamite rolls I ordered. I called about it as i live 20 minutes out of town, and going to the store withoutknowing if id be reimbursed is a waste of time. On the phone it was quite obviously the rude younger lady by the tone of hervoice, when I mentioned the order mishap she put me on hold. After more than 5 minutes she returned but the phone was verystaticy so I said I'd hang up and call back. I did immediately. I called back about 15 times but it was either busy or noanswer. I know an 8pc of sushi doesnt cost much and I don't care about the price, I just am very upset that no matter how itried i couldn't figure anything out over the phone and it feels as of I was being purposely ignored. Very poor customerservice. I've been there quite a bit, and enjoyed it, but with different staff. I will not be coming back to this location, willdrive to spruce grove when I feel like edo. I tried the New Teriyaki wrap, it was mostly rice. I know that overhead has gone up a lot in all costs no matter the product. It... would have been better with a bit more chicken.
