Ordered DQ thru Skip the Dishes. I ordered non-dairy items which they sent regular ice cream instead. I brought my items back to... the store and talked to a Supervisor who said I had to ask for a refund thru Skips app, that they couldn't do exchanges. She wasrude and didnt apologize for my inconvenience and did not offer any sort of resolution. I asked if she understood the concept ofSkip the Dishes...so I don't have to go out, and yet here I am! I paid over $30 at Dairy Queen for skip the dishes. Our chicken was cold and dry. Our fries were soggy and half full. And they... put the gravy on top of my half full soggy fries so they were squished. We ordered an ice cream cake for a Monster Energy theme birthday party for our 13 yr old.Due to supply issues they had no black... icing.
