Went to get a whistle dog today. Went inside as there was a lineup at the drive thru. Staff member took my order as soon as I... walked in but my order took almost 15 minutes to get . Do not recommend. We had stopped in there for lunch on July 23, 2022 around noon and the experience was unbelievable. We had... ordered 3 meals plus an extra 3 buddy burgers - 1 for each of us. We waited for 10 mins to get our food, not a huge deal, justnot fast. She hands the one bag to me. It was quite a bit of food for just 1 bag so I looked inside, there were just the 3original burgers, no fries and no buddy burgers. She had scooted off to the back, and took some time to get her attention again.When she came back up to the counter, I asked her if this was it, as our total was well over $40. She replied with isn't thatwhat you ordered? So I asked her where the fries, drinks and buddy burgers were? She stated I hadn't ordered meals, I asked herfor the receipt in which she said the order was complete and couldn't access the receipt? First time I've heard of this but ok Iguess... long story short, she ended up giving us the 3 buddy burgers and drinks because she remembers typing it into thecomputer, but said she would have to charge us for the 3 fries as they were not on the original order. I ended up paying for thefries again because that's the one thing my daughter prefers over anything else. This will be the last time I stop at thislocation. Very disorganized and not very friendly at all, the 2 girls running the front had a rude demeanor. Food was very good, service ,the supervisor behind the counter is not a people person,seems she dislikes her job , had to ask... to get table wiped off as it was dirty.The other worker and supervisor were just standing talking when we arrived,they had timeto clean all of them,was not that busy.The supervisor in kitchen was great ,very friendly,and came over to ask us how everythingwas, told him it was very good except the supervisor out front. Great food generally but lately the burger seasoning has been wanting, not only from this store either. Perhaps there is a... seasoning shipping shortage affecting all the stores in this area currently. We look forward to our favourite takeout so whenthe seasoning is missing it is very disappointing. Staff at this location are very friendly and always welcoming. Read more
