Update this is still a 2. Went here for a simple burger and they didn?t get it right. The staff at the drive thru wasn?t even... listening as she was more preoccupied talking to her friend. Burnt bacon still. Burger tasted like it wasmicrowaved. Remember when wendys was like the better of the fast food joints? Ya those were the days. Dave Thompson wasdefinitely the quality control guy back then. Burnt bacon, poor amount of toppings. I asked for extra onion, it was like theyput nothing on. Walked by to go to the Tim Hortons and heard a middle aged women with brown hair who I assume is the manager or supervisor... speaking to one of the girls there in a rude way with a bad tone. In the current job market, I would suggest she change herattitude and speak to people respectfully if she wants to keep staff, Everywhere is hiring and I would encourage her employeesto look ANYWHERE else then this place. Don?t allow your children to apply here, because they will be treated poorly and with norespect. How low of this person and Wendy?s to treat their staff this way. I?m embarrassed for this women. Such slow service. Inside the restaurant was closed so we had to go through the drive through. Took almost 30 minutes to get... through the whole process. If we didn't have people behind us, we would've left. This is not the first time this has happened.They need more/faster staff to accommodate the needs of customers. Read more
Drive thru orders were extremely slow where nearly every car was hanging out of there windows, upset trying to see or enquire... the reason... The lady ahead of me didn't get everything she ordered and waited beside my car as I was getting mine which theygot wrong as well. I needed to confirm my order with them once again... Went through the drive thru today and was asked what kind of dipping sauce we wanted and answered. No dipping sauce was put in... the bag. Classic drive thru scenario. Then attempted to enjoy chili and cheese nachos and found the worst looking and tastingchili cheese nachos ever! I truly hope whatever evil, sadistic practices that befell these poor originally intended forconsumption nachos, is never used again on another innocent food item, AND unsuspecting consumers won't have to lay their eyeson or subject their taste buds to anything this repugnant ever again! Super slow service no matter what time of day.
