This has to be the worst Tim Hortons. How they have this location open is still mind blowing. Too many issues to list. Extremely... slow service, rude staff, horrible quality everything. Spare yourself the agony and just avoid this place. There is anotherTim's 1 minute up the street at Fruitland and Barton. If I could give this place 0 stars, you bet I would. Read more
Staff is rude. They apparently only offer select donuts and nothing else according to the staff. When asked why they advertise... other food options but don?t offer them the response was ?I dunno, ask the manager?. Make your way up the road to the nextlocation (fruitland and Barton) for more selection and better service. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I'm unsure if it was one of those days or they prefer to hire ppl with not much sense. 5 staff... working, over half hour in drive thru line and inside line was to the door. Staff was completely unorganized. No structure.Ended up demanding my meal free since after 35 minutes wait it was WRONG. Go to the next exit instead. Read more
We went to this location for the first time. The staff were extremely rude! And the quality of the sandwiches are the worst!... Take a look at the lettuce. The manager says it is what it is that what you wanted!! So rude to the customer. If it was a zerorating I would just put zero! Read more
Its a great place to stop on your way to the casinos if you like gambling. Every order you place here is a gamble if you... actually get what you ordered. Its like they are throwing darts on the order screen and whereever it lands thats what youget. Its so great if you get out of the gta traffic and are in the mood to sit in your car for another 30min not going anywhere,this is a drive thru for you. Read more

Really unsanitary bathroom open to customers, tourists etc. Especially in this covid time this is extremely unpleasant. Mothers,... pregnant women, babies and elderly people couldn?t have access to bathroom quickly knowing going to the restroom might be anissue sometimes. This is unacceptable! I ordered on (Nov 23 at about 2:30 pm )french vanilla.they said we don?t have FV . The i ordered hot chocolate.they said we dont... have hot chocolate .then I ordered chai tea they said we dont have chai tea .then i order give me peacock double double then theguy gave without sugar .when I taste it i poured it down .
