The servers are super sweet here and so are most of the front of desk staff members. I come here often to get the salmon plate..... and even came this morning to dine in as I work right around the corner. Today, I called a half hour to close to order a sunsetsuper and nobody would pick up the phone. On the fourth call I got hung up on early so I drove over. When I went in and said Iwas the one who was calling, the guy at the front begrudgingly said "Oh". Then asked the kitchen staff if he would make food andhe said no that he was closed. Seems like they didn't want to do any more work a half hour prior to close. I'm extremelydissapointed as I was trying to order for my children to have warm food when they came here from school. Smh. When I went to order for pickup, first of all i was not acknowledged by the staff member who was just right in front of me for... 10 minutes or so. They she just talked to some other staff member and after he said to me that he is not taking any pickup orderas it is too busy. If he already knew it busy should have told me right away and not make me wait for this great service. I havebeen going to this place for a while but I guess now it is the time to switch up the place. Read more
This place is amazing! We were looking for a quick bite before going to Niagara Falls and were pleasantly surprised. Have been... to multiple Sunset Grill locations in the past but I must say this is one of the cleanest and friendliest locations. Our server,Amy, was very kind and fast. The food was delicious and very fresh! We had a southwest chicken sandwich along with some frenchtoast with strawberries and whipped cream. They also gave us some special maple syrup that came in very cute bottles. The owneralso was very sweet and came by our table to make sure everything was all good! All in all, highly recommend! Had a really nice brunch here with my partner. The atmosphere was very open, clean, and yet cozy. We did find it a little cold... inside, as the weather was only 5-6 degrees outside and they still had the AC on. Ordered their three eggs with sausage &bacon, while my partner had three eggs with sausage and pancakes. The food was really filling with nice portion sizes, howeverthe homefries are more like chopped potatoes that are lightly grilled, where I would have expected them to be a little morecrispy. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, while refilling my coffee regularly which is really welcomed. Iwould have given a lower rating over the AC and potatoes, but honestly the staff there are awesome so five stars. Read more
