I usually get a foot long sub but today I tried the rice bowl. I?m usually hungry after a sub but half way through my rice bowl... I was getting full. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki bowl and it was fantastic. I am definitely going to try the otherflavours. They also use sturdy paper bowls and not plastic. Read more

Subway was good no complaints about that but stopped for dine in while there was half an hour to close the store.

Overall not a bad experience, buns were fresh, ingredients were not sparce. My issue was with how she put the veggie patties on... top of everything else, then tried to close the bun.. you may have succeeded but please keep in mind that someone has toeventually open the wrapping and try and eat the sub.. which was not fun. Today i placed the mobile order through the app and i ordered two veggie subs. I mentioned herb and cheese bread but i got... italian bread for both of the sandwiches moreover both the sandwiches were totally tasteless and not toasted . Verydisappointed. Read more

I would give this store/experience 0 stars if I could. I placed a mobile order in the app for pickup on a Tuesday night after a... long day of work. Placed my order, paid for it and waited for my order status to say complete then went in to the location tograb my food. Well when I get there, the employee insisted they did not have any mobile orders and that I was at the wronglocation. After showing screenshots from my order and my email, the employee states that their location is 691 Queenston Rd, not697 Queenston Rd and insists I ordered for a different location and suggests I drive around to the different subways. However,according the google, the Subway Mobile App and the Subway website there is no subway located at 691 Queenston Rd. Additionally691 and 697 Queenston come up as in the same plaza. Plus the phone number to call for the location I ordered from is for thisstore where I went to pickup! Long story short, I never received my food, the location would not honour my order and make my 2sandwiches despite seeing multiple instances of proof of my order. The employee called the manager who apparently told her tonot make the food. They said I had to rebuy the subs and then do a complaint through the app for a refund. To make mattersworse, Subway has no customer support phone number, only a contact form, so who knows how long it will actually take to beissued a refund. This whole experience is maddening. Read more
