This Starbucks location is by far the best there is. The staff is incredible. Always welcoming and super friendly. Sure people... might make the odd mistake but it is corrected all the time. The end product at this location is the most consistent out of allthe Starbucks stores. Keep up the amazing work. Read more

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. I though it tasted funny but didn?t think much of it, then saw chunky white bits floating... in it and the entire bottom of the drink was chunky milk. I threw the drink out in disgust. I hate to write a bad review butthis is a health and safety concern. Someone could get sick if you are serving spoiled milk. GROSS. I placed my mobile order 30 minutes prior to picking up and when I got there It wasn?t ready. I waited another 20 minutes before... the barista offered to make mine as she saw me looking at my phone. Once they FINALLY made my order I got into the car and whiledriving the coffee spilled everywhere since they filled it to the rim and it made a massive mess all over my car. This is by far the BEST Starbucks I have been to in a long time! The servers were so kind and welcoming! They also had suuuuper... cool name tags that one of the team members painted! They were very quick and efficient as well as they complimented my shirt!Honestly seemed like I was ordering from friends with how kind the two employees were. Go to this location over the other stonechurch Starbucks, this one is far superior!! The two staff members are WAY more efficient than the 8+ at the other location.This Starbucks is superior by far! Ordered a crème frap. Got the drink with coffee? Told her i was sorry but that i ordered a crème frap and i cant have... caffeine. Scoffed at it. Said ?sorry? quite aggressively. Passed off the drink to the other barista. I paid for extra flavourshot things and the second girl barely put any in. There is zero flavour to my drink from a place that specializes in flavourfuldrinks. Fix your staff. Read more
