We came on a Wednesday and had a wonderful afternoon. The farm was nice and quiet. You can tell right when you walk in that they... pour their hearts into the place. The food was made with love and the ciders as well as the wines were delicious! I would takethis place over all the other tourist attraction farms any day of the week! Read more

Went on a bus trip here. Lunch provided was a bowl of chilli or Mac and cheese or a hotdog none of which was homemade. It was... supposed to be a buffet. The orchards we saw on the train ride were a mess with litter. Very disappointing, will not go back. Read more

Fantastic selection of very good wines, ciders and sangria! The live entertainment and outdoor pizza oven was perfect... really... enjoyed it all with a drink in the sun. We'll definitely be back for more of the above and the hospitality we enjoyed! Read more

You can tell quite quickly selling wine and providing an experience isn't thier bread and butter. The wine itself was okay, but... I'd recommend to have done if the staff visit other wineries where they talk about the wine, give history, a tasting experienceetc in order to justify the cost of the wine. I'd recommend them visiting Redstone, Malivoire, Hidden Bench, Cornerstone, Back10, 180 Estates, Flat Rock, 30 Bench, to name a few that are right in their backyard. Read more

Went for a kids Easter event and we had a blast. They even served some drinks for the parents so we could see what the winery... had to offer and I was very happy! Read more

Warning - they are selling 10 year old wine. I purchased from their December case sale. I sampled some wine and bought 18... bottles to give away for Christmas and serve at Christmas. Having sampled the wine I thought I knew what I was giving mymanager, friends, and family. In January, I opened a bottle of Loyalist red, that came from the above 18 I purchased. Itimmediately smelt like vinegar, and there was tons of sentiment in it. I didn?t want to jump to conclusions and assumed it was abad batch - it happens. Since then I?ve tried 2-3 more bottles that were all the same in vinegar taste and full of sentiment. Iread the bottle and it was bottled in 2010 - 10 years ago!!!!! LCBO only sells bottles up to 2 years old; unless of course it?sa vintage. Even so, most vintages are aged in a barrel and not a bottle. We spoke with Puddicombe and they said their wine onlygets better with age - but clearly not since we first noticed the taste was off prior to even knowing the age of the wine. Theloyalist white is from 2015, and Starbust from 2013. So far, all the bottles I opened of those were fine. It?s justembarrassing for me to have given my manager, friends and family decade old cheap wine that tastes like vinegar and sentiment. This is what I served at Christmas. I get that Puddicombe wants to clear out wine, which was the reason for the case sale. Butcome on, 10 years? Did you find these in the basement somewhere? Shame on you. Read more

Went here to check out their selection of ciders. I was very pleasantly surprised by how many different ciders they had. Staff... was super friendly, helpful and beyond knowledgeable. Tasted all the ciders and decided on the 3 or 4 we liked best to purchase.Love the old vintage look of the place, and the cute old dog wandering around adds to the warn family feel. Read more

It was great to pick cherries there. Lady at the winery provided good support with variety of vines and we found some... interesting samples. Ended up with couple of bottles and did train ride at the end. Our son was excited. However, it feels likethere are a lot of thing have to be managed as well, a lot of tractors and other mechanic parts spread across the farm. Read more
