The WORST location!!! Mess up your order nearly every time on drive thru and dont give you a receipt. When you get home and call... to get your food plus some sort of compensation for having to drive back the manager tells you she won't deal with you and shewill not give you anything - including the food you paid for. Don?t plan on stopping late at night if you have large vehicle which is to tall for the drive thru. Staff refer to serve you at... window. Tell you to order through skip or Uber which doesn?t allow you to select pick up. What happened to kind people in thisworld. Read more
Ordered via the app for the first time today. Very easy and great customer service. Had my order very quick. Totally accurate on... the food (missed putting in dipping sauce though). Overall, this is one of the better McDonald?s in the area. Read more
I don't like giving bad reviews, however this location is by far the worst. I can't recall how many times my orders have been... wrong, at least 8 or 9 over the last 6 months. No bacon on my breakfast sandwich, hair stuck on the cheese, bacon mc muffininstead of sausage, etc. This is what happens when you have children operating a restaurant. Read more
Sorry guys I'm gonna have to bring it down to one star really disappointed in the lack of staff from what I'm told in the... evenings. I come there anywhere between 8:30 and 11 o'clock pm hoping to grab the coffee a quick sandwich use the bathroombefore work or home seems like they tend to close between 830 and 9 PM knowing that the website still says they're open till 11.No service to anybody in the restaurant (doors are locked) only drive-through! Terribly disappointing when you really need touse the bathroom or you just want to grab your coffee and sandwich and make your way home after a long day especially whenyou're anticipating A great Burger from a chain that you've been eating at for many years. I can't believe how fast this location is going downhill. We were there on the weekend and there were dozens of flies zooming... around and we couldn't see a single UV fly trap lamp or any form of traps. I get restaurants can't eliminate flies altogetherbut it was excessive and it turned my stomach. It's bad enough service has plummeted but now, they no longer care aboutcleanliness? Read more
My family and I stopped here late in the evening to use the restroom and to purchase dinner afterwards. We decided against it... once we saw an employee in the restroom come in to use the facilities and leave without washing their hands. We advised thosewho were travelling with us in separate cars to skip purchasing food from this particular restaurant. Read more
