I often come here weekly before work, and I come for 8am when they open at 7am. This employee is constantly still opening and... making me wait after 8am to order. For somewhere that is open at 7am i should be able to come in an hour after open to get mydrink and on my way to work! Extremely disappointing. Terrible service, don?t waste your money here! All young kids working here that have the worst attitude. Asked for my drink to... be remade as they did not give me the the drink that I had ordered and I received nothing but attitude and rude service from thestaff never even got an apology for messing the order up either. Had a few friend that also had this same experience at thislocation and now have started going to the Ancaster location which is what I will be doing. Terrible service, she was upset that they had to remake a drink that's 10$ and started throwing all my materials in 2/4 and it... tastes like water. I have visited this place twice in the last week and I was serviced by the same gentleman (Feb 29th and today March 8th). On Feb... 29th I witnessed the employee serve 7 people-take all of our orders with the same level of Customer Service and respect. He wasboth polite and did not seem bothered that he was working on his own...He man handled our orders-and did it with a smile!!! BothMy cousin and I both were extreamly impressed! He deserves recognition ... such a nice nice nice person. I went in again with myhusband today and our order was taken by the same guy-He is very consistent in the way he welcomes and serves customers. I will100% be returning to this location. Pretty standard booster juice. Just NOISY. Sometimes the server cant hear or I cant hear them...when the blenders are already... going, makes so much racket! I think it would be EASILY solved and made much more pleasant....by putting glass or plexiglasswall around the blenders like other stores. Otherwise, plenty of parking, pretty good location for it.
