Usually this place is great, great taste and I see it as a healthier alternative where you can choose what you want. The burrito... bowls are usually filling but today was terrible. I always ask for less rice as I?m trying to lose weight. And ask for extraveggies so the portion is still fair. Yet she was literally counting the jalapeños, 5 pieces in a whole bowl. I asked for theshrimp bowl with the sauce on the side and they charged me 1$. Like how does that make sense? The container does not cost adollar, and the sauce was already gonna be put in the bowl so I?m not asking for anything extra. Like it?s not coming out ofyour pocket why are you being cheap. Now I?m done eating and I don?t feel full, I?m still hungry. Compared to the usual which Ifeel stuffed. Felt ripped off honestly. I always go on my lunch break now honestly I?m just going to eat burrito bowls at otherplaces. 5$ cheaper at tim Hortons, more of a portion than what she gave me today. Read more
I am not happy at all, I ordered a large chicken burrito and barely and i mean barely got any chicken, it was like 90 percent... veggie burrito. I counted maybe 5 pieces of actually chicken in the burrito, total scam and not professional to take advantageof the customer like that, the crispy chicken was good but there was hardly any chicken at all, you lost a customer. I wish if I could make this no star? worse management, worse experience. I will never recommend anyone to go this location. I... ignored 2 times my experience before this, i thought sometime it happened bcz guys are busy but now its 3 time, now i have topost my review. Food is expensive but they are not adding enough quantity and also one time , After paying our bill, my wiferequested them just for a side sauce, i think it was only 1-2oz container but the lady working there she charged for that evenwe paid $5 tip in cash. This was my favorite location until tonight when my girlfriend was cheated on her burrito and we didnt notice until we got home.... She wanted a small bean cheese and guac with everything on it which is exactly what was made and the burrito was just a littletoo big for the girl to properly close. She struggled a bit and then I saw her get another tortilla to rewrap it but couldnt seeher actually wrap it again. When we got home the burrito was maybe 1/3 the size it was when it was first made. There was no riceon it anymore and wasn't even folded correctly this time along with a majority of toppings missing. I ordered a regular sizewith only rice, chicken, onion, corn, cilantro and jalapeno and weighed about 4 times as much as hers. She took 2 bits from theone photo because we were so hungry. It was eaten for the same reason and wasnt worth driving another 20 minutes each way toget it corrected again. Read more
