Food was OK but this was a dirty location like many of the A&W's in this area. Also the service is very slow ???? I eat out... alot all over different places not to many times I will go to these fast food places, this A&W was 2 out of 10 for me not goingback anytime soon. Nice place to order sauce with some bun and meat on the side. It feels as if the patties are half the weight of the portion of... sauce they use. You cannot even taste anything other than mayo. Remind them to go easy in the sauce everytime if you are not afan of mayo with ketchup for lunch. Read more
Came here during work hours to get lunch, it was dead inside except for 2 males just standing at the front of the restaurant.... Not sure if they were friends of the girls working or what. The attendant took my order, she did not seem very happy to do so.The bathrooms were also out of toilet paper. Upon receiving my order, they gave me a small amount of sweet potato fries. Notsure what was going on in the location today. If the GM or DM is reading this - please provide more training to staff. I rarelymake posts like this however this is my local A&W. I ordered a beyond meat burger ?COMBO? online for delivery and I only got a burger, no fries or drink. Burger was totally cold,... like not even a little warm. And I know its fault of A&W employees because I asked my delivery person that he should have mydrink and fries too and he told me that he asked when he was picking up the order that it?s supposed to be a COMBO but theemployees said no its only a burger. And this is my second time facing this issue they charge for the whole thing and then justdon?t give you all your stuff. Last time I ordered the same thing I got the burger and fries but there was no drink, this timeno fries no drink and I think next they are just gonna give me an empty bag because they don?t even give napkins. Have been to this location twice in about a week and a half for my husband, who has recently sustained an injury and cannot get... out himself and he's really really craving onion rings. I keep trying to get him some as a treat but they were out bothtimes!!!! The onion rings are quite popular you'd think they'd keep well stocked. Sooooo disappointed!!!! Read more
