My goodness been coming to wineries for years on 290 outside of Fredericksburg, Texas. Went to this new winery Adega Vinho off... 290 East US Hwy and I cannot believe the wines we tasted and the service we received from Rafeael was beyond special andpersonal! I\'m the director of the Energy and Earth Resources graduate program at the University of Texas (Austin). Jeremy Wilson, the... sommelier at AV hosted us (25 students) for a 2 hour visit during which he shared his personal experience and knowledge of thewine business at numerous wineries, took us out into the vineyard to discuss the terroir (our main interest is in the soil butit\'s a whole lot more than that) and then led us through a flight of wines from the winery.
