Went there for dinner. More than a tea house. Dinner was great! Really unique building.

We were greeted nicely and led to our reserved table promptly. We were disappointed though with the teriyaki noodle bowl. It was... just a big bowl of noodles with a few pieces of mushrooms and little sauce. We did add steak to the bowls. One bowl had clumpsof noodles stuck together. Not what we expected from previous visits. Read more

I live in Stonewall and always took this place for " Grannies Tea Place" . Commented today on FB about Stonewall restaurants and... one of the staff directly challenged me to come in and see. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED! Nice rustic setting...no 2 chairs match...onpurpose...and one of the best steaks I've had in a while. Nice atmosphere, great service and after a steak/ potato/ startersalad with desert meal I am 2 burps away from a nap in my recliner. Think this may become a regular Saturday thing. Read more

I visited the McLeod House Tea Room for a friend's birthday party last weekend. I was blown away at the detail put into the... customer's experience from start to finish. The high tea experience was so lovely and everything tasted so good. Our server andall the staff that helped up during our visit were so kind and friendly. They were so attentive to our table and the service wasbeyond great. The staff were so patient and took so many photos of us. They have a nice gift shop upstairs with lots of greatthings inside. I was happy I could grab a father's day gift on my way out. I had a great time there and will be raving about ituntil I return again. Read more

I went on a Sunday w 5 girlfriends, 2 of whom were celebrating birthdays. One of the sandwiches contained lobster, so 3/6 of us... were allergic. The waitress graciously checked w the kitchen and substituted with egg salad. The experience of high tea wasabsolutely lovely and we can't wait to go back. Excellent scones! Read more

A very rustic, classic, cozy restaurant. Delicious food with a large tea and wine menu. We were told a patio is to open soon as... well as sundays for brunch. Reservations are highly recommended if you want a seat. Read more
